What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, assess their remodeling needs, and present customized solutions.
- Build strong relationships and guide potential clients through the sales process.
- Work with provided leads while also actively prospecting and generating your own opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals with confidence.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project execution.
- Stay informed on our remodeling services, industry trends, and best sales practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in home improvement, construction, or a related field).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient – you take initiative and love to win!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you build trust and rapport easily.
- Ability to work with both company-supplied leads and self-generated prospects.
- Reliable transportation to meet with homeowners throughout Chicagoland.
- Strong presentation and closing skills – you know how to turn a conversation into a sale.
