As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind project execution, ensuring schedules, materials, and teams align for seamless delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, crews, and the sales team to guarantee projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and schedule projects – Coordinate work timelines, assign teams, and ensure availability of labor.
- Oversee day-to-day operations – Ensure crews are on-site as scheduled and working efficiently.
- Client communication – Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Track project progress – Document milestones, take progress photos, and ensure work aligns with expectations.
- Work with the sales team – Assist in project handoffs, scope alignment, and addressing client needs.
- Order materials and supplies – Ensure timely delivery of materials, reducing delays.
- Handle problem-solving – Quickly address scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or unexpected challenges.
- Ensure quality control – Conduct site visits to confirm work meets company and industry standards.

- Experience in construction or remodeling project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills – ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – professional and proactive.
- Ability to manage schedules, teams, and materials to keep projects on track.

- Basic understanding of remodeling processes, materials, and best practices.
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling, tracking, and communication.
- Reliable transportation to visit job sites across Chicagoland.
